After passing the level crossing on Wainfleet Bypass, proceed on the A52 to Skegness for about 3 miles. After passing Lomax's Garage on the left, Cottage Restaurant and Guest House is on the left side after about 1/4 mile. The large car park in on the right side of the building.

Leave Skegness on the A52 to Boston. In about 2 miles pass Pine Trees Caravan Park on the right side. The Cottage Restaurant is on the right side after about 1/2 mile. The large car park is on the right hand side of the building.
